As a child I loved making stuff, drawing and painting, riding my bike and generally messing about.

I became a full-time illustrator in the 1990s and went on to illustrate over 40 books for children. In that time I won an Early Years Award and been short-listed for other awards.

I recently went to university to study Fine Art, graduating from Cardiff with a first class honours degree before returning to illustration to make my first author-illustrated picture book, The Big Red Rock.

I continue making stuff, drawing and painting and have recently bought a bike.
